This project involved an intensive pre-qualification process requiring us to demonstrate both through interviews to ascertain our suitability and providing examples of our previous work on projects of a similar nature including client references.
After successfully passing this initial stage of the tender process competitive budgetary prices were invited by the client and Banyard Construction were eventually awarded this prestigious contract.
Our expertise was utilised to develop the detailed specification and drawings with the client and architect whilst the main structure works were carried out.
The structure was formed using a steel frame and conventional blockwork to form the steep pitch roof elevations, vaulted internal ceilings, large glazed rear roof and sliding doors.
The walls were finished with a Marmorit reinforced coloured render system, the gutters were Alutec powder coated aluminium and the windows twin coloured powder coated aluminium.
