Banyard Construction were pleased to gain the full instruction to undertake the internal refurbishment and extension of this existing property, including a triple Garage and annex build, set in one of Wimborne’s most desirable locations.
Working with the client direct, whilst liaising with their selected Architect and Structural Engineer, Banyard Construction guided the clients through the full build process from conception to completion, on a cost plus procurement route. This approach allowed the clients the flexibility to add and omit large items of work as the project developed.
Banyard Construction were very pleased to secure further works from the same clients, moving straight on to a similar scheme on another of their homes.
