Banyard Construction were pleased to action the full internal refurbishment of this cliff side penthouse, located in Canford Cliffs, Poole.
Works included major structural amendments to the existing roofline to create the vaulted ceiling within the Living Room, to take full advantage of the panoramic sea view.
A full interior refurbishment was actioned, including upgrades to the existing heating system, Bathroom refurbishments and a new Kitchen installation.
Works were actioned on a cost plus procurement route, working towards a costed budget, allowing the clients the flexibility to upgrade their interior finishes as stages of works were completed.
