The design brief from the owner was a new home fit for a growing family to visit throughout the year and enjoy their passion for water sports.
Banyard’s were instructed to work with the clients and advise them throughout the design process on the various construction methods available to them.
The large Kitchen, Diner & Snug areas were designed for the whole family to enjoy after a day at sea, alongside the substantial Playroom for the Children.
Banyard Construction utilized the majority of its directly employed tradesmen and network of trusted sub-contractors to deliver an exceptional home, which fully hit the clients brief.
