Banyard Construction were awarded this contract following a recommendation from one of our previous clients.
The groundworks element required the use of driven steel piles with ring beam foundations, the concrete block structure was built around a steel frame finished with jubb render. The slate roof was laid on an entirely timber cut roof installed by our directly employed carpentry craftsmen.
Powder coated windows were installed full height to some elevations providing additional light to spacious and airy rooms within, the stunning bespoke open tread polished steel staircase with glass balustrading provided the perfect focal point to the core of the property.
The project involved a number of value engineering meetings with locally respected architects practice Trinity Architecture and structural engineers Calcinotto to provide this fully vaulted ceiling dwelling to budget whilst still meeting the client’s expectations for finish and quality.
The project was completed on time and to budget.
