Banyard Construction were proud to be appointed as the main contractor to construct this pair of stunning, detached, newbuild dwellings on the edge of Sandbanks, Poole.
The project was carried out using separate cost-plus contracts under an initial budgetary costing framework to shell stage, allowing the two private clients to complete the respective internal fit out to their individual specifications. A third shared cost-plus contract was employed to envelope the shared site and management costs.
Both houses involved the construction of a basement some 3 metres below road level, enjoying level access to the gardens to the rear, whilst glass bordered balconies provide the clients the amazing sea views out onto Holes Bay and Brownsea Island from the upper floor levels.
Both clients employed the expertise of talented interior designers to assist with the finishing aspects, including the beautiful joinery installations shown in the photographs.
All works were completed using a combination of Banyard Construction directly employed trade and craftsmen and our excellent and trusted supply chain of local suppliers and sub-contractors.
