Planning was achieved on this phased development by Banyard Construction Ltd comprising of two no Bungalows and two no Houses.
All units successfully sold off plan, with the last unit completing in the summer of 2023.
Procuring off plan allowed each client to personalize their new home to their required taste, including selecting internal finishing items such as Kitchens, Sanitary Wares, Floor Coverings etc.
